Early Bird Registration:
Participants who complete the registration payment by July 1, 2026 are entitled to complimentary participation in the technical tour.
Conference Registration and publishing fee
- Onsite Conference Registration, for General participants 500USD
- Onsite Conference Registration, for Student participants 300USD
- Online Conference Registration, for General participants 550USD
- Online Conference Registration, for Student participants 350USD
- Paper publication fee, not attending the conference 600USD
Note: The conference registration fee includes access to the Symposium.
Hotel fee
- Twin Room: 100 USD per person for three nights
- Double Room: 200 USD per person for three nights
- Additional Night:
- Twin Room: 60 USD
- Double Room: 100 USD
The cost includes accommodation for the three nights from February 11
Technical Tour Fee
All participants and accompanying persons who wish to join the technical tour are required to pay the corresponding fee.
Technical Tour (February 14–15): 50 USD per person
The fee covers accommodation, meals, and related expenses during the technical tour.
